HbA1c stands for glycated haemoglobin - this is something your body produces when sugar (glucose) in your body sticks to your red blood cells. It is an important health marker.
At Roczen, we measure your HbA1c level at the start of your programme. You do not need routine repeat HbA1c tests during the programme. However, if an HbA1c result of more than 86 mmol/mol is received at any stage, your programme will be paused and we will advise you to seek medical care to help bring your blood sugar levels under control before continuing.
